I am really happy with the level of customer care services Vincent provided. Every time Vincent picks up my call, he knows exactly who I am, and which property it is for. He never ignores my call, he always calls me back if he misses the call. I have had tenants moving in and out over the years, this is stressful for me. Vincent always makes sure to give me plenty of notice when the tenant wants to move out, and plan for open inspections to be able to secure a new tenant as early as possible. Therefore I have been able to find a new tenant straight after the old tenant moves out each time. With the level of knowledge, he gives me good advice to select a quality tenant from all the applications. Each time he sends me a detailed inspection report before the old tenant moves out, listing all the damages caused by the tenant, and then quickly arranging for fixing or compensation. He is very thorough and has an eye for detail. It gives me peace of mind knowing that Vincent is looking after my property.
