Great result, property sold after just over 2 weeks. I took note of Jame's suggestions re de-cluttering and managed to present the property well enough to attract a good first open house inspection which was attended by the eventual buyer. Throughout the whole process James kept me informed every day of progress and even turned out for a private inspection on Anzac Day.
