How amazing Reza!!! The house got sold after just one open house!!! I bought a house in Sydney from this agent a few years ago and I as a buyer was impressed with his professionalism hence I picked him to sell my house. Selling this house was challenging because I moved to Brisbane now. The house needed a lot of work such as roofing, kitchen tile, floor replacement, painting, fence repair, rain water gutter repair, full house lighting replacement, blind replacement, etc. He facilitated with the builder all the way through. He pushed the builders so hard that the whole job was completed within 3 weeks! The house was meant to be auctioned but got sold at the price that I wanted after just one weekend!!!
