I recently sold my house by auction with James Laing- Murdoch Lee Castle Hill. James had sold my next door neighbours house a few months earlier and had approached me at that time. I was not ready to sell then but James kept in contact and kept me informed on what the market was doing. When I decided to sell it was an easy decision to list with James. He is very pleasant to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and helps with all aspects of the sale process without pressuring you. He helped with getting the property ready to list by recommending a stylist and takes phone calls at all hours, even on his day off, to answer any questions. I found James to be extremely honest and he set a very realistic price guide for my property. Open homes were held both Saturday and Sunday for the 4 weeks of my campaign and my property sold for well above my reserve on the day, thanks to James's diligence and expertise.
