Very easy to deal with
We listened to the advice given by James and although that meant doing a lot of work to get the house up to a high standard in preparation for the open homes, it was worth the effort. James is very hard working and shows a real attention to detail. In the end I believe a fair price was reached and all parties will be happy with the outcome.
