I have had the pleasure of knowing Jack Ho over the last 4 years after he sold a Townhouse in my complex. I was so pleased with the professionalism and knowledge shown by him and his staff and always said that I would use his services should I decide to sell my unit. From my initial meeting with him and deciding how we would tackle the sale, his ease and quiet approach once again impressed me. After signing up and working out our schedule to move forward things really moved forward at a great pace. The advertising, pictures, brochures and signboard went up very quickly and accurately. The person who had bought my property was I believe was at open day on the first day. There was quite a bit of negotiation but we finally agreed on a price and with his team being able to speak to the purchaser in his own language negotiations proceeded well. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Murdoch Lee Castle Hill/Cherrybrook and Jack Ho and team should I have the need to sell/buy in the future
