We all think we are going to be able to sell our home for the highest price and in the quickest possible time, sure. We met with several agents and heard the sales pitches. We set a realistic price, a lot below when the market was at its peak a year ago and we were all relatively confident. In the end, we found a suitable buyer and they now have a wonderful home. James and Jack to their credit worked hard for nearly ten months to secure the sale. We had offers from other agents to change and restart the sale process but decided to stick with James and in the end, it was the right decision. James is trustworthy and we had no issues throughout the sale process.
