Geoff conducted the sale of our property during a particularly poor housing market environment but maintained a positive, professional approach to the task. His advice on timing of 'home opens' was always spot on and eventually resulted in a satisfactory outcome. If we were ever in a similar situation, we would certainly use Geoff again. While the price received was a bit below expectations this was entirely due to market conditions and beyond Geoff Barbazon's control.
