Meeting David for the first time, at another opening, I observed he was very attentive to his clients and what they were looking for during the open home. I got to know him better at a second opening home which was the property I purchased. I felt he was very personable and easy to converse with. The fact that he is quite entertaining with good banter, made the inspections at the open home fun. This is much appreciated, because when you're on your 3rd open home before 1pm on a Saturday, it's nice to pause and have a laugh with the agent. David makes the inspections a enjoyable experience.
