Being a buyers agent we have the benefit of dealing with a wide variety of sales agents every week. I can say without hesitation David, Bindi and their team are absolutely at the top of their game and experts in the area. Whats more though, is their refreshing approach, which I believe is very down to earth, approachable and humble. Its obvious they do everything they can to ensure they the best possible outcome for their vendors however they manage to balance this with an exceptionally strong buyer focus which is transparent and approachable. Meeting David for the first time, at another opening, I observed he was very attentive to his clients and what they were looking for during the open home. I got to know him better at a second opening home which was the property I purchased. I felt he was very personable and easy to converse with. The fact that he is quite entertaining with good banter, made the inspections at the open home fun. This is much appreciated, because when you're on your 3rd open home before 1pm on a Saturday, it's nice to pause and have a laugh with the agent. David makes the inspections a enjoyable experience. During the bidding process, he proved to be very professional and brought a sense of ease to a somewhat not so stressless experience. Overall, I find David an all-round great agent and it seems Mosman agrees with so many homes sold by David.
