Its pretty difficult trying to purchase a home when you are an Ex-Pat and can't get back into the Country to inspect and make critical decisions due to the current pandemic situation. You need a great Real Estate Agent to tell you like it is, who will go that extra mile for both vendor and purchaser and understands that we are living in very exceptional and unusual Circumstances. David provided all that and more, David is the true professional at his craft and simply made a very difficult situation enormously less stressful. Simply put , he is on top of his game.
