We purchased one of David’s houses after many long months looking in the Mosman market. We had just missed out on a number of properties and generally felt like we were getting the run around from several agents in the area who would lead us in one direction, make us spend money on diligence and review only to use us as a stalking horse to drive up the price for other purchasers. David and Bindi were straightforward, upfront and very pleasant to deal with. Very tough negotiators for their vendors (and they got the price their vendors wanted out of us - despite our best efforts) - but we always felt confident that we knew where we stood with David and Bindi and walked away feeling very good about the transaction and our dealings with them (despite being much poorer!). Some Agents in the area promise the world to their Vendors just to get the gig and then when they can’t deliver run an unpleasantly aggressive campaign that turns a lot of buyers off - if the guide is too high because of those promises, or purchasers don’t trust the Agent, then they just won’t engage with the property to the same extent. David and Bindi nail the right blend between being a strong advocate for their vendors and providing a professional, reasonable and friendly front to their purchasers. Highly recommended.
