David and Bindi made selling our house in a difficult and uncertain Covid 19 pandemic a surprisingly easy experience. We live out of Sydney and they undertook to handle everything regarding the sale. Yes... everything! After meeting David and Bindi on site for an initial inspection and discussion regarding the sale we had no need to return. We checked out the photos of the house taken after Bindi's pre sale preparation. Our house had never looked so good. David and Bindi kept us informed along the way as the sale progressed and we could tell they were fully focussed on achieving a good result for us which they did. David's knowledge of the local market and his ability to engage with buyers facilitates achieving an excellent outcome. David's light hearted disposition and affable personality no doubt enhances a stress free negotiation process for all parties. He ensured that both buyer and vendor came out feeling a winner. DM is a pro - he’s been in the game a long time, and approaches the process with high EQ and deep experience - he’s personable, relatable and knows the Mosman market well. He can read his audience and his greatest attribute is his ability to listen. We sold our home during COVID-19 - with cautious buyers, changing buyer needs and sentiment - DM is patient and doesn’t provide short term, short sighted advice to influence an outcome - but will gently and honestly provide feedback to navigate the process, along with keen perspective and a healthy dose of humour to settle the nerves! We felt part of a team, with an engaged and present agent, appropriately available to the end (and beyond). I’m sure the buyer would feel the same.

We decided to move on the Friday, called Bindi and she convinced us to look at a property the following day that we probably wouldn’t have looked at. We exchanged on that house within 13 days. They encouraged us to look at other properties that weren’t listed with them so never felt pressured or that we were getting a hard sales pitch. They were respectful of the vendor not wasting theirs or our time with unrealistic prices, quick to respond to questions and didn’t have a negative word to say about other agents or listings.
