Of the three agencies which were asked to provide a submission to sell a three bedroom unit at Mosman, being part of deceased estate, David and his team were an easy choice. We were very impressed with the way they handled every thing from removing all the fittings and furniture that the beneficiaries didn't want, to transforming a very tired unit to a very marketable property and we didn't have to outlay any cost up front.
