Originally chose another agent but when the agency agreement arrived it did not match my understanding of the negotiations. David specified everything and was flexible in negotiating the agreement. We followed his advice and everything happened as explained and as expected. I have sold a number of properties and have never had such a positive experience. I cannot think of any way to improve what happened. Anyone considering a real estate agent should have their solicitor examine the agreement before making a choice. I could not recommend David Murphy more highly.
