We were thrilled when we were given the opportunity to view an off market listing which was perfect for us and ticked all of our boxes. David & Bindi are always excellent communicators, generous with their time and helpful from start to finish. Negotiations are also tough, as they fight for their Vendors. If selling locally to Mosman, I would highly suggest that you call these guys in.
