Sale David sold my investment property. He gave me excellent advice about the market and what I needed to do with my property to get it ready for sale. He recommended a great stylist which made a big difference. He also advised me to get my place painted for maximum impact. David organised the painting to be done within days and the stylist also. David also put together a fantastic brochure. David kept me informed of the feedback from buyers every step of the way. When it came to negotiation, David was amazing and enabled me to get a fantastic price for my property. I trust his advice and negotiation skills. Rental David looked after an investment property for me. Thanks to David I had great tenants who looked after my place well. Also, when it came time to selling my place, David was able to help the tenants move out and find a new place earlier than expected which worked well for all of us. I can't recommend him enough.

I first met David when he was selling another property a few years ago which I didn't buy but I was extremely impressed with him. He stood well above the rest of the agents in Mosman. His friendliness and lack of 'cringe-worthy' agent speak and manner was such a refreshing thing. He was fair to the owner and fair to me as a buyer which I really respected. He knew the Mosman market deeply but didn't parade it about. I remembered him and years later subsequently retained him to sell my property. As far as I was concerned, there were no alternatives. He was always approachable and honest and I always felt like he had things totally under control - which he did. He provides a very personal touch to selling a property and his team is very proficient. He's at the head of the pack.
