David has always been realistic and spot on when it comes to the expected sale price of the property and his knowledge of the market is second to none so we always knew we were in the best hands.To me there is nothing worse than having someone fuelling our expectation with unrealistic outcomes. He knew what we wanted. He told us what to do to get there and we followed his advice without question for we knew this was the right thing to do. In the end the realization exceeded the expectation...and it wasnt just the market ..it was the agent and the market

He's pretty much the most honest agent and guy I know. Even on purchases, and other things when we were not selling and he didn't need to help he would always offer and go out of his way to help, and nothing was ever an issue.
