He brings his knowledge of the the Lower North Shore,and his negotiating skills to bear,and a small apartment gets the same genuine attention that a multi million mansion would receive.David is fortunate enough to be possessed of empathy.Not a lot of it around. In a space of days,David sold my apartment at a record price for the building,with no hassles for myself or the purchaser. Everything was done with a modicum of fuss,and genuine sincerity.
