David Murphy certainly lived up to his reputation - a reputation for those in 'in the know' that is. People who know David or have worked with him before, won't ever go anywhere else - and for good reason too. David is trustworthy, honest, up-front, hard-working, knowledgeable and experienced. There's no game playing with David, there's no pressure to fold and accept the first offer to make his life easier; he tells you how it is and then provides the pros and cons for every strategic move forward. He is agile and flexible, clear and communicative and respects your goals and situation. Our own situation was a challenging one. We are currently living overseas and wanted to sell our place which was being rented. There was no access to beautify the property and we were limited by the presentation in the tenant's style. As we were not on the ground, we couldn't get a sense of the current market conditions, how the property was being perceived by potential buyers or even be able to suggest enhancements.
