Murray's market knowledge was excellent and my home was not your standard building. Murray provided a plan to address the uniqueness and marketed the property to draw interest from perspective purchasers. My home went on the market on a Monday with the first official viewing scheduled for the following Saturday. Murray's plan excelled and due to a lot of interest Murray had the first viewing on the Wednesday, followed by the set viewing on Saturday and then more interested people came to a third viewing on the Sunday. This resulted in a sale within seven days. This certainly was over and above what most agents would do.
