Wow what a difference a good real estate agent can make! I spent 12 weeks with another real estate agency for no sale. After thorough research and speaking to several other agents I selected Murray Kennedy. I am so pleased that I did this. I couldn't recommend their team more highly. The photos and marketing were fantastic and my house sold the first week it went on the market. Murray was excellent with his negotiations between both parties and the sale price achieved was $40,000 higher than any offer the previous agents were able to achieve. During the process I extended the coolong off period several times to allow the purchasers to fulfill the banks requirements. This was a stressful period for me but throughout Murray liaised between both parties and kept me informed of what was happening, making suggestions and supporting my decisions. To anyone trying to choose an agent I would look no further than Murray and his team. They were fantastic! Murray is down to earth, honest with his appraisal and suggestions and efficient in all that he does, He is also willing to lend you a hand if you need anything done. I have recommended him to all my friends and will definitely use them again to buy or sell.

We had been with a big name realestate agency for over 100 days and they had not managed to sell our home and kept insisting we sell at very low price (even after they themselves had valued it at $80,000 to $100,000 higher). I have had the pleasure of working with Murray Kennedy and his team through renting our home and then selling. As I had come from another real estate I can state from my own experience that there is no comparison within the current area. His rental Property Manager Lyn is knowledgeable, capable of anything we gave to her and follows through on everything that is needed in property managing side of things, nothing gets past her. Murray is amazing to deal with. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable on what the market is doing, and with every $$ spent we would not have been able to sell as quickly as we did without his guidance and support. We would highly recommend anyone selling a house without furniture to put furniture in to the property, this was a real game changer and this created a loving home for the buyers to see, instead of a floor plan. With it only being on the market for less than a month, Murray's presents at open house, private walk throughs, a long with detailed feedback of every inspection, the buyer found us and we were able to tick their boxes.
