There are two things I want from a real estate agent when selling. A great sale price and excellent service. Michael delivered both exceptionally well. Michael knew the local market inside out and kept me informed of other sales in the area during the process. His open communication style put me at ease and I knew he was doing everything possible to get the result I wanted. I first contacted Michael regarding a property in Wooloomooloo that was for sale. Unfortunately it had sold the day before my enquiry. Michael however undertook to look for a similar property and contact me when it became available. 3 weeks Michael contacted me with another better apartment in the same block. I went to view the property and quickly made an offer which with Michael's guidance was accepted and so the deal was done. Throughout the transaction Michael was always responsive to my requests for visits to measure up and obtaining further information about the property.
