Michael however undertook to look for a similar property and contact me when it became available. 3 weeks Michael contacted me with another better apartment in the same block. I went to view the property and quickly made an offer which with Michael's guidance was accepted and so the deal was done. Throughout the transaction Michael was always responsive to my requests for visits to measure up and obtaining further information about the property.
