I struggled in understanding what I needed to do to put my home on the market, my neighbour reccomended Olly. Olly arranged everything; painting, carpet, gardening, cleaning, and staging. You name it he organised it. Nothing was too much, even when we had massive storms a few weeks apart and the roof leaked, he organised repairs and repainting with a smile. Nothing was a hassle! Oh my gosh the staging Olly organised with Jane was just phenomenal! Olly was realistic in pricing our house and entered negotiations, on our behalf, with potential buyers with respect and utmost professionalism. If I was not moving interstate I would use Olly again, but I will certainly be reccomending him to family and friends wanting to sell. I recommend Olly from Edge to anyone selling, or buying, their home.

Olly was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process. He gave us excellent tips on where improvements or styling might raise the sale price and what wouldn't be worth it. His communication was excellent. He always kept us up to date with how things were progressing. He opened the house for inspection multiple times a week and always followed up with interested people. In addition to being a great real estate agent, he is also a very genuine and kind person. We were very happy with the results Olly got for us.

Oliver reached out to us proactively, well before we were going to plunge into the selling process, but his guidance on property enhancements within our time frame proved to be ideal. His patient, reassuring demeanour made the journey feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership. He provided a price range that was optimistic yet realistic, and to our delight, the final sale slightly exceeded our expectations. His knowledge and advice were priceless assets that carried us confidently through to the sale. The staging of our home was transformative. The presentation of our property achieved a level of perfection we couldn't have imagined. The result? Our home was sold after the first showing weekend, a testament to the property's appeal and Oliver's strategic approach. We wholeheartedly recommend Oliver to anyone who wants to showcase their home in the best possible light and navigate the sales process with ease and confidence.

We first met Olly when we were purchasing a property. As a buyer, we had engaged with many agents, but Olly stood out to us due to his professional interactions and his ability to represent the property and owner to a high level, and in an approachable way. We knew we wanted this level of service for the sale of our own home! We received multiple offers and felt confident that Olly was negotiating effectively on our behalf. Olly put advice forward to us, without any pressure. We also appreciated that Olly was able to provide trade recommendations, and guidance on some outstanding property styling, which we believe helped attract a great price for our home.

We recently bought a house where Olly was the agent. He was friendly, professional, and his follow up was impeccable. We were well informed, and knew what to expect throughout the process. It was a no brainer to have him sell our townhouse. He arranged the marketing, styling, and painting of our townhouse in a transparent and timely manner. His knowledge of the housing market, and advise is not to be taken lightly. Olly has been our point of contact and agent for us as a buyer and seller in a very short time frame. My family and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Olly. You know Olly is committed to achieving the best outcome with his can do attitude whether you are buying or selling your property. Thankyou Olly!
