We were in a quandary as to which of the local realestate agents we should intrust our lifestyle/ business property to in the Wollombi/ Payne’s crossing area when it came to sadly sell. We ask our friends to contact the three chosen potential ones and enquire about a property that they already had on sale (while not waisting their time) Based on how helpful the responses were they were all rated on their helpfulness, past sales performance, interest shown and willingness to impart information knowing that the inquirers were “just looking”.
