I highly recommend Garry, if you’re looking for a tree change and the perfect country property in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. For example , during the contract exchange period I received constant updates. But most impressive was the post sale follow up and assistance with finding local tradies and just going that extra mile to help the family settle into our local community. I was put onto Garry through a local conveyancer regarding a different property as 'he knew a lot about the area'. Garry was kind enough to give me some area history and advice on local properties that are effectively sheds converted into houses. He was so informative I looked at Musgrove Realty that had several properties of the type and price I was looking for. One thing led to another and we purchased our dream property in Bucketty. Throughout the process Garry and the team at Musgrove were always professional, informative, and worked with us and the vendor to reach consensus on price and inclusions. We met Kurt and Garry when looking to purchase a new home in Bucketty. We had a couple of hiccups with our sale at the time, and Garry was able to link us in with a fantastic broker who streamlined our finance option and ended up saving us thousands in mortgage repayments. We were also connected with a pest and building inspector who we are still using. We were also given lots of recommendations for local businesses, which really helped us moving into a new area. Kurt and Garry are both great with communication, especially if there are any issues. We felt completely supported during the entire process, and it was so refreshing working with a “rural” agent over “city” agents. There was no pressure, we felt the information provided at all times was honest and thorough, and we have never had a better buying experience. We can’t thank the Musgroves enough for helping us find our dream home.
