Very happy to provide a 5* review for Leigh and his team at MVP. Leigh has provided market updates for us since we first engaged with him but never put pressure on us for a listing. Once we were ready to sell, his market knowledge of the Kardinya was spot on and he was realistic with his valuation giving us sound advice on where to pitch the asking price. Despite a false start on the first offer due to finance which was in no way a reflection of Leigh/MVP, he was persistent with subsequent showings of the property which yielded a better priced offer. Super helpful with follow up on pre-settlement issues and wanted to ensure that the pre-settlement inspection went smoothly, and the property was handed over to the buyer in the best possible condition. I would be more than happy to use Ligh Moore / MVP again if I were selling.
