We put my mother's house on the market just as interest rates were going up and we had to make a number of decisions such as should we improve the property before the sale and, if so, by how much and how much should we put it on the market for. Dino communicated his knowledge and experience in a way that was helpful in making these decisions without being directive. Once on the market he opened the house every weekend and called to let us know how each opening had gone. The house was on the market for a little over two months and, following the sale, Dino continued to keep us informed on the process, organised necessary inspections and work promptly and helped to ensure a bumpy settlement process was completed. Dino knew the neighbourhood well and was able to see and communicate the good points of the property. He was a reassuring presence throughout and made the whole experience comfortable and comprehensible. We highly recommended him to anyone buying or selling a home.
