I found Dino's advice invaluable compared to the other agents that I had called in to give an appraisal on the property. He gave his honest opinion about what we should do regarding painting the inside and presenting the property for sale. We viewed the property at a home open on a Saturday and after deciding we were keen to see the property again and hopefully make an offer, we emailed Peter that night. Surprisingly, he got back to us shortly after that same night and was able to work us into his family schedule on Sunday so we were able to spend a good amount of time in the house before making an offer in time for the sellers before they were due to go away. It is not always fair to measure your agent's performance by dollar amount or number of days. Not fair at all in our case due to the tough market in Perth. I understand that Phil lives in Bull Creek, so Leeming would be like his 'back yard'. He did not dodge' any questions that I asked, in fact I feel he tried to give me as much information as he could.
