We viewed the property at a home open on a Saturday and after deciding we were keen to see the property again and hopefully make an offer, we emailed Peter that night. Surprisingly, he got back to us shortly after that same night and was able to work us into his family schedule on Sunday so we were able to spend a good amount of time in the house before making an offer in time for the sellers before they were due to go away.
