Communication, service, courtesy - very happy with what Peter provided. In a less than easy market Peter worked hard, always communicated well and tried at all times to work in with owner/tenants of property. Phil was incredibly diligent about comparative vacant lots in the area and buyer behaviour. He kept me informed with weekly updates during the entire campaign. Even when the campaign ended he circled back with a prospective lead 1 month later which resulted in the eventual sale. Well done Phil and I would definitely recommend you again. Best DB
