We selected Peter Halton as a highly competent and experienced real estate agent, with a proven track record of sales over many years, particularly in the Samson area. He knows the Samson area thoroughly both in terms of selling points of the locale and also up to date house sales information, so his advice on pricing was accurate. Peter is knowledgeable in the whole selling process. He assisted us in a non-pressured way with information so we could determine the best price for selling our house given our timescale for sale. He provided suggestions on how to best present our home to maximise a sale at the price we wanted. He was always courteous, punctual to meetings, and kept us fully informed at each step of the selling process. After each home open, he provided us with feedback on the day and followed up with every likely buyer. An active salesperson, but never pushy or intrusive, his approach to potential buyers was honest and helpful. We were very pleased indeed with this approach which we believe maximises the chance of a suitable sale. In a difficult market Peter was successful in selling our home at a price we wanted. Although Dino was acting for the vendor, we didn't at all feel that he was pushy and he took the trouble to explain each step of the process of buying to us and made what could have been a painful and stressful experience into a very pleasant one indeed. He was present at inspections and followed up with us at each step to make sure we were on track. He has a fantastic demeanour and very responsive to our queries.
