Quick, concise and responsible
I deal with a lot of agents as a developer. Christine is one of those best agents who are efficient , communicate really well and respond to your questions anytime when needed. It won’t go wrong if you choose her as your agent! Well done Chris!

An Excellent Agent
We recently chose Megan Groucher to sell our home. From our first meeting with Megan we were extremely impressed with her professionalism. The thoroughness of her preparation and the accompanying documentation left us in no doubt that her suggested selling price was based a very good knowledge of the market in our suburb. This was borne out when our home was sold to the first person who viewed it. And the price we received was very close to the top of the marketed range. Another aspect of Megan's professionalism is that our home was sold for the highest price of any recent sales in our street. Megan is also an outstanding communicator. At every point of the sale she would contact us brief on how it was progressing. My wife and I have bought and sold many properties over the years and we have no hesitation in stating Regan Groucher is the best agent with which we have ever dealt.

A review of one agent from another
As a real estate sales agent myself, it was a fascinating experience being a buyer myself for a while. I observed the service of many coastal agents and found that some of them wouldn't get back to my enquiries at all (gasp!) before selling someone's home! Megan was responsive from the get-go which you need as a buyer in a hot market. I was grateful that she facilitated a prompt one on one inspection when I was unable to attend the next scheduled open home. Her communication was excellent, calling me regularly. Megan was dedicated to locking in a sale for her vendors after recognising that I was a keen, serious and qualified buyer. She didn't mess me around once and did everything she said she would do. I appreciated the amount of time Megan spent with me at the house and she was very knowledgeable about the area offering up all sorts of great local information to help "sell" the home to me as an interstate purchaser. It was information that firmed up my decision to buy the home. She is relaxed, genuine, professional and friendly and her team's service was wonderful too. I am really grateful that the home I fell for was being sold by Megan and I got to enjoy the experience thanks to a great agent! The seller's chose their agent well. Congratulations to them too!

Above and Beyond!
Megan Goucher is the only agent you want selling your house! Our experience with Megan and the team at My Agent Christine Ewin was outstanding from the initial consult and appraisal, the “getting ready” to sell, launching to the market and finally to placing that sold love heart sticker on the sale sign. Megan supported us through the whole process with timely advice, and worked hard to achieve the best outcome for our family. Absolutely perfect!
Megan was completely amazing. In such a competitive market, buying a first home was seeming more and more impossible, that was until we had the pleasure of meeting Megan. Although we missed out on the first house we made an offer on, Megan was able to find us the perfect property, even better for us than the first one we saw, and made the process so easy and enjoyable.
