Let me tell you she is worth her weight in gold, Because we were up against it with easments, developers, surveyors, solicitors, building restrictions, Fire restrictions, and all the red tape to get a sale, Just before last Christmas i got a call from Megan saying we wouldn't get much for the property because of easment restrictions being placed on it. So i told Meg we need to come up with a strategy going into the new year, And she did, She solved the problem by getting a builder in that would build to normal building specifications and not be affected by the confines of easment restrictions.. And the rest is history we sold the property at its highest price on the market.. From gloom to glory, we came out of the tunnel and the light was huge... Thanks to Megan Goucher
