Had heard great things about Christine through some people in town so after a chance meeting with her we decided to list our house. She came out, told me that we’d get what we paid for the house last year, which I was fine with (our neighbour tried to sell their townhouse not long ago & it sat on the market and never sold) She listed the buy range & had a photographer come on Friday to take pics. The listing went up online about midday Monday with our first open home on the Saturday. This couple were wanting to inspect that afternoon so they came by & made an offer which was accepted. 4 hours is all it took. She’s an absolute genius at what she does and being supported by a brilliant team of “Wonder Women” in her office, there’s nobody else I would recommend to sell a house in the Batemans Bay region.
