All round great!
Staff are lovely, organised, and very easy to communicate with. So much of the stress of moving was removed by the caring nature of those who work here, and their prompt responses! Highly recommend :)

A well managed agency!
One Agency's senior property manager knows the Kambah rental market well. She was understanding, informative and appreciative of my circumstances. She looked after my interests and found a suitable tenant for me in a timely manner.

One of the best PMs in Canberra
Abbey has been managing our property for about 4 years now and I should say she is an expert when it comes to property management - 1. She has that knack for screening tenants and you can trust her when she approves of a tenant 2. Does very thorough routine inspections with pictures taken and uploaded to the owner's portal 3. Gets the best and fair rent for your property 4. Never missed paying bills, including building and landlord insurance premiums, by the due date or paying the rent to the owner on time 5. Reminds you of lease renewal well before the due date 6. Addresses maintenance requests from tenants promptly

Great property managers
One Agency Sandy Morris and the property management team have been excellent to deal with in the past 3 years. The have taken great care in finding suitable tenants for my property and are very responsive to any queries i have had.
