We were most pleased with Sandy's work from our first meeting after which we were confident that she was the right person to sell our rather unique property. We were not dissapointed. Sandy was well connected with good tradies to help prepare the property for sale and her advice on styling and referral to a great styling outfit no doubt expedited sale of the property. Open houses were programmed at good times and well publicised including as "House of the Week" in the Canberra Times. The house was sold in a time frame short of the Canberra norm for time on market. And finally, although not the deciding factor for us in selecting an agent, commision and marketing costs are at the right end of the scale. Sandy Morris is friendly, helpful and easy to do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending Sandy.

We are so glad we found and engaged Sandy Morris to sell our home. She made the whole process very simple and gave us the confidence to let her manage the sale process.
