Third time with My Morris. Says it all! Very good service selling or buying.
We were selling our house and received good advice pre marketing. We were very happy with the ad which used accurate good language without the use of too many fake sounding hyperbolic adjectives which you often find in estate agents’ writing. The description of the house instilled confidence in the viewer that they would not be disappointed upon arrival at the property. Communication was excellent in all areas including the punctual and reliable assistance of Dakota in the office who helped in organizing trades people. Zac always arrived punctually to viewings and gave good feedback afterwards. We appreciated his advice when it came closer to the time of auction and feel he acted professionally towards us and prospective vendors. We are very satisfied with My Morris in all areas of selling our property. And let me add that we have, as a family, previously bought two houses through this agency and found their dealings with us as first prospective buyers and then as buyers exemplary.

From the moment we met Zac, he filled us with confidence that he was the right person to sell our property. Both he and Sandy Morris demonstrated an impressive understanding of the real estate climate not only around our suburb, but in the surrounds and across Canberra.
