Selling our property which was our home for 20 odd years was one of the most important decisions Marilyn and I have made in our time in Australia. We required a trust worthy agent to sell our home for a good price and to provided the reliable service. Zac was recommended by a good friend formerly associated with real estate in the Campbelltown area. Our meeting and procedures with Zac were professional and friendly. Our home sold within 2 days of the for sale sign being set up on our property. A showing day was not necessary due to the quick sale. Marilyn and I can’t speak more highly of Zac and his professional service, and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is selling their property

I purchased my home from brett 8 years ago. Back then he was by far the easiest, most professional and honest agent id ever come across. He was super efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, extremely friendly and met my every request. Now I've recently sold that same property I bought through him all those years and he still maintains and exceeds my every expectation of his service as an agent. I was living in Dubai during most of my recent sale and the distance made no difference. If or whenever I go to purchase another property in NSW I won't go through anyone except brett!

Brett was easy to communicate with and would always answer our calls as quickly as possible. He was happy to follow through with any of our requests, and nothing we asked for was ever an issue- he was very easy going. He was happy to keep on going back to the buyer to push for just that little bit more. Brett was able to provide his advice and opinion, without forcing you to take it, and was happy to take our opinion on board. We had a couple of unfortunate things happen though: -we were told we would receive a phone call when the photos were emailed through and when the advert went up online, and only received an email rather than the phone call. Because of that we didn’t know we had the photos ready to view, and we were informed by a different real estate company that our ad was up who rang to wish us luck (we didn’t know and that was slightly embarrassing). - the write up for the house had bad spelling and felt like it was a bit rushed, we ended up re-writing it, which allowed us to put our input in at least. We still had a positive experience overall.

It's been great working with Zac in the past months as he was able to effectively bridge the gap between the owner and us, first home buyers. It's been easy for us to communicate our concerns through him throughout the process. He has definitely made it a smoother transaction. To top it off, he's very accommodating to our requests despite his busy schedule. We're quite lucky to have bought a house that he was selling. Highly recommended!
