From the very first meeting Wayne was easy to talk to, informative and genuine. He followed up promptly with all my requests and I felt very comfortable purchasing my house through him. After dealing with many real estate agents in the area, Wayne and the team at My Property Consultants were by far the best agents. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Meryl came recommended to us as the right person to sell my mother’s unit in Camden. The unit was sold under company title and Meryl’s knowledge of that made the whole complicated procedure seamless. She was very patient in her communications with my mother and always kept me informed as to inspections and offers. I found Meryl to be very approachable and friendly to deal with. She seems to really have her finger on the pulse. I would recommend Meryl to any prospective seller.

Meryl went above and beyond through each step of the sale process. She had confidence she could sell my property at a certain price point and she held firm for a successful result in a falling market. Couldn't be happier.
