From the moment we met Shannon we knew he was the agent that was going to sell our house. Shannon had excellent knowledge of our area, recent sales and was realistic about what we would get for our house. Shannon was responsive and provided timely reports after open houses. He was friendly and reliable and just a really nice guy.

Meryl was really professional and presented with a lovely level of empathy and kindness. She communicated effectively with honesty and transparency from start to finish which I really appreciated. She was so easy and relatable to deal with and she always gave her time- there wasn’t that feeling of rush or urgency. She created a feeling of trust and dependability which was so nice. She just made the selling process incredibly easy and completely stress free. I would absolutely recommend her!
