Denean is a great agent and was able to negotiate a great price for the sale of our new home. We actually never met Denean. She was very busy with her work and never had the opportunity to meet with us. Which was a shame. She had to send her partner Andy to all the inspections and signings. It was an easy process though. At first I was unsure, however Denean proved excellent at balancing seller expectations with buyer's requirements. First contract signed after 11 Days on the market unfortunately this fell through due to buyer's indecision. Second and successful contract recieved 4 days there after. Denean went above and beyond to get our deal through. When I sell again she will be asked to assist with the sale as I do not believe you would get better service using a franchise agency.
