When we decided to sell our home we went to town reviewing the main stream agents and the independents. We came across "My Sales Agent" and were immediately attracted by the low commission rate advertised. This in itself did not hook us but on reading the online testimonials we decided that a face to face meeting was a must and would make or break our decision. We were impressed by Deneans Knowledge of the market, and her professionalism and decided that we would sign with her . I contacted Denean about selling a house, I had interviewed a number of real estate agents and was a bit flat when Denean walked in. Denean was organised had a plan and a strategy, spotted all the features of the house with no negativity, we sat down and talked about what I expected and what could be achieved and were on the same page. Denean advised me to wait until the Christmas period was over, one day the house was on the market, that's right one day. Denean was exactly right with all her advise and how long she expected the house to take to sell. Before you think it was a cheap price I got more than I thought.
