We enquired with MyPlace initially due solely to their location to our property, however were instantly blown away by their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and demonstrated willingness to exceed expectations. Their prices are attractive, but in comparison to the level of service that we have received they have been a bargain. Our agent is Kylie Meier, and she has been exceptional. Her level and style of communication are outstanding, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. When new issues arise, she puts in considerable effort and research to ensure she (and her clients) get the right answer the first time and is able to minimise what might otherwise be a hassle. The other team members with whom we have interacted have all demonstrated the same exceptional level of professionalism as well and being friendly and effective communicators. We are extremely satisfied with Kylie, and MyPlace, and are confident that our property is in extremely safe hands.

I was so happy when she leased out my apartment in Botany that I recommended her when my Aunt wanted to lease out her apartment.
