Not only is she responsive, experienced, knowledgable about the industry but she has BOTH owners and tenants' best interests in mind and she is emotionally intelligent - something not many people, let alone property managers, have. MyPlace has always been managing my property very well. The property was opened for lease in the market recently. MyPlace has been very proactive in arranging the openings and contracts potential tenants. The communication has been effective and excellent. I received SMS notifications right after each opening, followed by an email with opening report. Follow up calls to update on undated rental market or potential applicants after detailed information.
