Emma From My Place Agents was very thorough & professional with her delivery of the lease agreement & how their company worked. The fact that they allow me to have a choice on whether they manage all items in leasing or I take care of some was great. I chose for My Place Agents to have full control of the lease including making all payments & managing all trades required for any servicing of property. The upside of this is that they will also use my preferred trades who already know the insides & out of the property. Maintenance of landscape is also taken care of by Emma’s team so really there’s nothing for me to do except watch the bank account grow. Streamline service & simplistic is how it should be for all land lords, if you choose for it to be that way. In the end it’s up to you as a landlord how easy or hard you want it to be. My Place have managed our property since 2018 . In that time we have had 4 tenants. Our first tenant was difficult and My Place were tenacious in recovering the monies due . They are also extremely responsible in doing regular inspections of the property and providing detailed reports. They are always extremely prompt and professional in follow up to inquiries and handling tradesman on our behalf. Monthly statements are always timely and detailed.
