Damien Caruana from NG Farah has been our property manager for +3 years & we have been very happy with the service he has provided. After our current tenant notified him of their intent to leave, Damien very quickly re-advertised the property & secured an excellent tenant. Not usually one to write a review, I'm compelled to for this team of superstars! James Daniel and his team have so far been OUTSTANDING. From advice about my property and how best to get it on the market, to incredibly swift leasing turnaround in a tough COVID-19 market, all the way to feeling very safe in their capable hands to lease out my lovely apartment. They (James in particular) have been responsive, professional, knowledgeable about the area and my property. I cannot recommend these guys enough - I look forward to an ongoing relationship of property management with them.
