I have just rented an apartment through NG Farah. The agent showing me the apartment and organising the lease has been consistently helpful and friendly and easy to get in touch with when I had questions that needed answering. The whole process has been smooth. I would have like more detailed information to be available about the apartment and its utilities, for example, when I first saw it, but I eventually found out what I needed to know. I have taken possession but I noticed that repairs have not been done yet that need to be done.

My properties have been under the management of NG Farah (Damien) since 2016, and I find the staff well trained and able to provide quick response to enquiries. They are able to establish good relationships with the Tenants even when the builders have to undertake repairs and also in the current difficult Covid-19 environment when rents have to be adjusted to the new market conditions.
