Property Agent was friendly when we inspected the property and when we met to pick up keys. However, ever since then, NG Farah have been very unresponsive. I have sent several emails with no response. No response given at all regarding the dirt we encountered on entering the property. No response on the electrical issues, the broken fly screen, the broken blind mechanism, etc. Only one set of keys between the two tenants. We had water enter our property on our very first day of moving in and had to keep chasing for the carpet to be dried out. Still no update on what is happening about rectifying the issue that allowed rain in. The property was virtually unliveable for our first two weeks. We shouldn't have to pay full rent for those weeks. We should also have been made aware of this issue, before moving in. It has been acknowledged that this has occurred before, which is also very obvious from the staining on the concrete subfloor and the badly damaged smooth-edge. Will we have water enter the property every time there is heavy rain? This will damage our contents and the landlords carpet, wall linings, etc.
